Terms of use, in plain language

theattractivenesstest.com is operated by Known by One, LLC of Known by One, LLC · 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.

A free tool that measures facial geometry from a photograph inside your browser and reports the result as scores, written material explaining those measurements, and one paid product: The Attractiveness Report, a one-time digital report. Everything is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

• The price is $18.49, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe; the charge appears on your statement as ATTRACTIVENESSTEST.
• The report is generated from your scan and delivered as a web page and an emailed PDF, normally within minutes of payment. If generation is delayed, your payment stands and the report is delivered when it completes - you are never charged twice for one report.
• Money-back guarantee: not happy with your report? Email contact@theattractivenesstest.com (or reply to your delivery email) within 7 days of purchase and you get a full refund - just ask, no questions. Please use this rather than a card dispute; it is faster for you.
• The report is a digital good generated for you personally. By purchasing you request immediate delivery and consent to us beginning performance at once; where a statutory withdrawal right for digital content exists, you acknowledge it lapses on delivery - the 7-day guarantee above applies instead, and is more generous.
• You must be 18 or over to buy, the photo must be of your own face, and the data-handling terms in the privacy policy and the consent notice shown at purchase apply.

The output - free or paid - is a measurement of geometry in one photograph plus styling suggestions grounded in it. It is not medical, psychological, dental, dermatological or cosmetic advice; not a diagnosis; not an assessment of health; and not a prediction of how any person will perceive you. The report never recommends surgical or cosmetic intervention, and nothing here is a reason to seek one. Speak to a qualified professional for anything medical.

• Use your own photograph, or one you have clear permission to use. The paid report requires your own face.
• Do not use this site to rate, rank, compare or harass other people.
• Do not present output from this site as a professional or clinical assessment.
• You must be 18 or over.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or harm arising from use of this site or reliance on its output, and total liability connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. If you disagree with this, the remedy is not to use the site.
